Warm Welkom zet zich in voor vluchtelingen en andere nieuwkomers in Amsterdam Noord. Het doel van de stichting is om nieuwkomers op een warme en toegankelijke manier wegwijs te maken in hun nieuwe buurt door een schakel te zijn tussen hen, buurtbewoners en buurtorganisaties. Stichting Warm Welkom streeft naar het vergroten van de zelfredzaamheid van de deelnemers, en heet hen bovenal hartelijk welkom.
